2. Description of Service

Affuodoato provides premium ski and wine tour services, including but not limited to:

  • Alpine ski adventure packages
  • Wine country tours and tastings
  • Combination ski and wine experiences
  • Luxury accommodation arrangements
  • Professional guide services
  • Transportation coordination

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 30% of total tour cost required at time of booking
  • Final Payment: Due 45 days before departure date
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)

Price Changes

Prices may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes. We will notify you of any price changes before final payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellations

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus £100 administration fee
  • 31-60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will offer rebooking or full refund options.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages unless specifically stated.

6. Health and Safety

Clients must:

  • Be in suitable physical condition for chosen activities
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and instructors
  • Comply with local laws and regulations

Skiing and wine tasting activities carry inherent risks, and participants engage in these activities at their own risk.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Valid passport and any required visas
  • Arriving at designated meeting points on time
  • Appropriate clothing and equipment (if not provided)
  • Respectful behavior toward guides, other participants, and local communities
  • Any personal expenses not included in the tour package

8. Liability Limitations

Affuodoato's liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death (except where caused by our negligence)
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third parties
  • Additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Affuodoato and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
